    Necessity of Electrical Billing System.
    • Electricity is one of the most basic need of modern society. Therefore, by
    providing electricity to consumer in return Electricity Distribution company
    charges the consumer as per their usage. This tariff system accommodate all
    the cost for service provided by the Distribution company.
    Objective
    • To implement appropriate tariff rates to consumer for better service.
    • Encourage people to save energy.
    • Encourage people to use ECS.

    Conclusion
    • Due to lack of presence in Digital arena Go Green initiative can have rocky
    start.
    • Due to complex Socioeconomic structure 100% implementation of ECS is a
    challenge.
    • Smart Home /Smart Energy Meter can change the whole billing structure.
