INTRODUCTION ABOUT AL-FORM

Aluminum Form work is one method of using


aluminum formwork, that has been installed on all
elements, both columns, staircases ,slabs and
walls.Some of the advantages of using Al-form
are:

1. Accuracy
Ease of assembly to casting are 5 days in
comparison to construction using conventional
formwork about 7-8 days.

doesn’t really need repairs,because of the
delicacy and the quality of the panel

3. One system in One


Along with the Kumkang Kind aluminum
formwork system, brackets for walls, boards,
elevators, and the stage for outside work are
provided.

Increasing the formwork to the next level can
be done through shipping the material box and
above without using a crane.

5. Freedom in design planning


The long-term aluminum formwork system is
a "Modular" formwork that can be used for a
variety of structures and architectures. However, a
typical structure is recommended.

Lifting is not used in lifting formwork,
because the formwork is shaped like a panel so

IMPLEMENTATION
SEKILAS ALFORM METHOD
1. Cleaning
Ensure that the land has been cleared of equipment that
can disrupt and harm the work of the mark. Land clearing can
be done by HouseKeeping officers.

2. Marking the Zoning that has been specified


Zone division in the 3 & 5 tower method is 3 zones divided
into Zone 1 (As 1 - As 4), Zone 2 (As 4 - 6) and Zone 3 (As 6-9).
With floor to floor estimates of 5 days.Ensuring the safety of the
suburbs both Railing and Life Line have been installed properly.
Survey officers use Body Harness when marking on the outskirts
of the Building.

3. Installation of Vertical Element Kicker
The installation of kickers is used to ensure
the position of the panel (elevation) will be the
same for each area.
Installing kickers uses electric welding
equipment, so it is important to ensure that the
PPE used as Apron is available. the equipment
used has been tagged according to quarterly
colors and there is no puddle around the
equipment which can cause short-circuiting.

4. Vertical Reinforcement
In the Pollux Batam project, the corridor wall
area that initially used light brick with the
Kumkang method was changed to a cast wall with
the following method.
Ensure that workers do the installation of
reinforcement using gloves, this is to avoid the
occurrence of injuries due to scratched sharp
edges. When carrying out reinforcement lifting to
the area, the bond must be ensured, the tagline is
ready.

5. Provision of Formwork Oil and Panel Mounting
The provision of formwork oil is intended so
that when the release of concrete formwork does
not stick to the Kumkang formwork. After that a
new vertical structure can be installed with the
Panel with a note that the ME Item has entered
first

6. Installation of Beams & Shoring Structure
Panels
The position of the beam panel installation is
adjusted to the approved Shop Drawing because
there are several beams with varying dimensions,
so the installation of the panel must be adjusted
to its position according to the image. Shoring
Distance = 1.2 m

7. Installation of Floor Plate Panels
After the beam plate and shoring are
installed, the next step is to install the floor slab
with the position in accordance with the
determined shop drawings.

9. Installation of floor plate reinforcement
Before the installation of plate reinforcement,
the panel was given formwork oil and concrete
decking

10. Vertical Casting
After all reinforcement is completed, vertical
casting is done first, the Vertical casting method
uses Cast Bucket.

11. Casting of Plate Elements and Beams
After all the vertical elements are cast, then
the vertical element is then casting, which is the
beam and plate with the casting area according to
the zone below, the estimated casting for each
zone is below.

12. Unloading the Panel
Vertical Panel Dismantling is done one day
after casting, for horizontal elements, namely
plates and beams are carried out 2 days after
casting provided that shoring is done. Demolition
Shoring is done after casting the top 3 floors or
about 15 days after casting the area.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

A. Quality Assurance
1. Ensure that approved work methods are available and work is
carried out in accordance with work methods, contract
documents and document vendors
2. The work method must be known by everyone involved in the
work
3. Providing an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and ensuring that
internal preparations for work preparation have been fulfilled
before work is carried out
4. Identify all materials, tools, procedures, resources and
management to achieve good work

B. Quality Control

1. The work permit has been approved in accordance with the


method, area, material and equipment.
2. Control the ITP and guarantee that it can be implemented
3. Perform ITP updates to improve the quality of work results
4. Prepare plans, procedures and work-related documents

K3 MANAGEMENT

1. The introduction of occupational safety and health must be introduced to


everyone involved in the project before construction work begins through
K3 induction
2. Work order, potentials that can cause work accidents, both equipment,
material and work methods must be explained in the initial stages and in
the meeting / pre start meeting tool box. This is stated in detail in the Job
Safety Analysis (JSA)
3. All people involved in the work must wear personal protective
equipment while in the project area. The provision of occupational safety
and health signs is always placed in the appropriate location.
4. Mechanics along with safety must always check the equipment that is
being used and which will be used in the construction process periodically.

5. Special things that require attention:
- Material placement
- Examination of transportation access
- Lifting equipment does not experience overload
- Use slings in good condition, planned length, and in
accordance with the load lifted
- Attention is directed specifically to chemical
material (admixture), give a special place with
special marks
- Every supporting material must have an MSDS
