Pre-event analysis: Identifying our objectives and setting the right approach to
achieve them.
Multi-faceted event marketing: Reaching people through social media
channels, email marketing and newsletters. Creating a dedicated hashtag.
Leveraging existing marketing activities: Updating the blog, attaching
invitations/brochures along with routine magazines, newsletters (if applicable)
Keeping it live: It’s vital to maintain the buzz on the internet for people who
were interested but couldn’t join.
Post-event analysis: Shortcomings and strengths of the marketing campaign
can and should be identified by peering into event related stats.

Pre-event Analysis
Once our new database is ready, it’s time to let people know
about the event. Crisp content emails, infographics, tweets, and
Facebook and LinkedIn posts should be used to generate buzz.
At least three hashtags (e.g. #FinTech2018, #DigitalFinance,
#IFCCI2018) should be dedicated to the event on
Twitter/LinkedIn.
Meanwhile, other related and relevant keywords (like
#Blockchain, #Crypto, #Cybersecurity) should also be used.
