Recognize the value of each members
- For a great leader, the success of a team is not
just due to their actions only.
- Each member of the team played played a part in
generating that success by being effective in their
position and function they operate within.

- Great leaders understand that without the team

members’ ability to perform, the success of the
organization would have not been achieved.
- That is why it is important to recognize and praise the
team and its members.
- It motivates them, making them strive to do better.
- It would also help if occassionally the members are put
in decision-making roles autonomously instead of
constantly needing guidance from the managers.
“And someone may overpower one alone, but two together can take a stand against him. And a threefold cord
cannot quickly be torn apart.”
– Ecclesiastes 4:12

“And let us consider one another so as to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking our meeting
together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another…”
– Hebrews 10:24

“All things are lawful, but not all things are advantageous. All things are lawful, but not all things build up.
Let each one keep seeking, not his own advantage, but that of the other person.”
– 1 Corinthians 10:23, 24
