ERROR MESSAGES DURING SIGN UP – CREATE PASSWORD

Possible Error Messages:

1. Your Suzuki Connect Services are not active yet. Please contact
your dealership!
Scenario: Customer’s TCU is not active since onboarding.

2. Your Suzuki Connect Services for entered vehicle details have been
disabled as per your request! Please contact your dealership!
Scenario: Customer’s TCU has been Suspended or he has transferred his
services to someone else.

3. You are already a registered customer, please use reset password


option
Scenario: Customer is already registered but is trying to use Sign-Up option
again.

ERROR MESSAGES DURING SIGN UP – CREATE PASSWORD

Possible Error Messages:


4. Mobile Number & Vehicle Details did not match. Please contact
customer support
Scenario: Customer is trying to register with Invalid Mobile Number & Vehicle Details
combination.
In this event an SMS to user is also triggered to the user in case his entered mobile
number is correct.
You are trying to Sign Up for your Suzuki Connect with invalid details. Please register
using 15 char VIN/Chassis No. for your <model> ending with <Masked VIN>.
Example: You are trying to Sign Up for your Suzuki Connect with invalid details.
Please register using 15 char VIN/Chassis No. for your Baleno ending with MA**78B.

5. You have exceeded maximum number of permitted OTP generation


requests for the day. Please try tomorrow.
Scenario: A user is allowed to request maximum 10 OTPs in a day per
account(mobile number) for Create or Reset Password.

ERROR MESSAGES DURING SIGN UP – CREATE PASSWORD

Possible Error Messages:


1. Invalid OTP. You have <countAttempt> attempts remaining with current
OTP to set Password
Scenario: A user is allowed to enter maximum 5 invalid OTPs, he would have to
generate new OTP if he enters OTP 6th time.

2. OTP Expired, Please generate new OTP


Scenario: If OTP is tried after 10 minutes of generation or user has blocked valid OTP
by trying for 5 consecutive times by entering wrong OTP, 6th time he would try with
valid OTP he would get this message.

ERROR MESSAGES DURING SIGN IN

Possible Error Messages:


1. Invalid Password. Your account would be blocked after
<countAttempt> unsuccessful attempts!
Scenario: Customer’s has entered an invalid password to login. He is allowed
maximum 5 consecutive invalid attempts.

2. Account not registered, please use Sign Up option to create account!


Scenario: Customer has not registered but is trying to Login.

3. Your account is blocked, please use Reset Password option!


Scenario: Customer’s account has been blocked due to incorrect password and is
requested to reset his password to unblock his account.

4. Your session has expired. Please login again.


Scenario: User would get forced logout after 10 days of login when he tries to use
the app. The user would continue to receive notification if he doesn’t use the mobile
app and has not logged in after 10 days. Only when he uses the app he would get
Session expire alert.

Possible Error Messages:


1. Your Suzuki Connect Services are not active yet. Please contact your
dealership!
Scenario: Customer’s TCU is not active since onboarding.

2. Your Suzuki Connect Services for entered vehicle details have been

Scenario: Customer’s TCU has been Suspended or he has transferred his services

In Baleno the SmartPlay Studio has a comprehensive list of checks it makes and reports faulty or low
