During the online teaching period, ITSC will temporarily open the off-campus VPN

Dkey token activation. Please kindly be reminded to activate the Dkey token as
soon as possible, to facilitate the use of VPN to access UIC online resources, upload
data and LRC E-resource.

This document provides detailed instructions on the installation and activation

of the UIC VPN service.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

DKey Token（宁盾令牌）

It generates a unique dynamic key used as one of the most important credentials for user login.
It should be installed on a mobile device (both IOS and Android devices are supported).

Please note that the DKey Token can only be installed in ONE mobile device, kindly
contact ITSC if you have changed your mobile device or mistaken deleted it.

Cisco Anyconnect Client（思科VPN客户端）

It is used for connecting to UIC VPN, and is available on Windows, Mac, Android and IOS
devices. Users must have a valid UIC account to log in to the Cisco Anyconnect Client.

Please note that it can only be installed and used after the activation of the DKey Token.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

Step One: Installing the DKey Token

Download and install the DKey Token from the Apple App Store or Android App Market on your
mobile device.
IOS Android
Open the DKey Token and scan the QR code to bind your mobile device.

Please scan this QR code.

Log in with your UIC account to activate the DKey Token.

The six-digit dynamic code (updated every 60 seconds)

will be used as the login credential for the Cisco Anyconnet Client
