What is the difference between a black and white photograph
made in 1960 and a grey-scaled photograph made in 2010?
Explain your answer and give an example of each.
A black and white photo is shot in two colours, black and white. Greyscale photos have the
ability to use every shade between white and black creating many different shades of grey in
a photo.
The difference nowadays is that our black and white photos are most commonly a filter
changing all colours to either black or white, While in 1960 it would have been shot in native
black and white.
