Organica Villa – Background
• Small size plants (<3MLD) is a big and fast moving market which
could give us regular business, if we manage to be competitive on
CAPEX.

• The selection allows to cover the entire range with only two sizes
(dimensions of GM10S and GM15L are identical).
• Different motor sizes can be used to adapt to particular air
requirements.

– Optimization of C&I equipment

• Reduced office Manpower, as most of the engineering has been done
upfront.
• Reduced site Manpower: train partners on installation, reduce number
of travels.
• Reduced Sampling and Testing (train partners during commissioning,
use test kits when posible, minimize third parties intervention, offload
tasks to partners).

• Mechanical Engineering:
– 200h for each reactor size (2.000h in total)
– 300h for each hydraulic size (1.200h in total)
• C&I:
– 250h for control design (all sizes)
– 450h for software development (all sizes)
• Architectural:
– 400h for architectural design (all variations)
• Important: Prices above are for selected Partners (ADS, M&R, PJL).
For any other partner / client the prices must be corrected as follows:
– Size 1 and 2: Add $15k
– Size 3 and 4: Add $20k
