S BENZ Packaging is a company specialized in the design,

production and distribution of packing, packaging products
and systems. We have been in the market for almost 35
years.

S BENZ Packaging began its business in the traditional

packaging sector and has evolved since then. Building up on
the experience gained in this field, it has been constantly
growing in the sector of safety packing and today aims at
protecting every type of manufactured goods in the severest
transport and storage conditions.

✔ It is intended to indicate that the packaging must

additionally strengthen and withstand the conditions of
maritime transport and then resist to more severe stresses.
✔ Shall be sufficient to protect the product from damage
during transit from point of manufacturer and storage at
job site under conditions which may involve multiple
handling, extended storage, exposure to moisture and the
possibility of pilferage.

Lift machine & locate position on Pallet with the help of bolts

I. Desiccants: Put 500 gram desiccants

J. Stretch Wrap the components after
using VCI Paper & Aluminum Foils

Cover Machine with

K. Aluminium Barrier of same specification as in Step-1; vacuum it & then finally
seal with ones in Pallet.

L. LD Bag of same specification as in Step-1; vacuum it & then finally

seal with ones in Pallet.

L. Stretch Wrapping the whole machine.

M. Additional Request : Rat Replant to be added
