Web based eKYC

• Launch the browser and copy below url
http://prajasadhikarasurvey.ap.gov.in/PSS2017/index.html and
tap on enter button
> Praja sadhikara survey Dashboard will be displayed
• Click on “Services” button, list of services will be
displayed
• Click on “Web Based EKYC” button
• Authentication screen will be displayed
• Download Startek drivers from below link
•Click on url drivers successfully downloaded, Extract zip folder and
install the drivers
• Connect your Startek device to system through USB
• Enter citizen Aadhaar number
• Place your finger on the Biometric device and click on "Capture
finger" button
• Finger print is captured successfully and shows an alert “Finger
print captured successfully.”
• Thecaptured finger print is displayed as shown below and
navigates to Member Details screen automatically
• Member details are displayed.
• Click on “Home” button, will be navigated to Praia Sadhikara
Survey Dashboard screen and session will be expired.
