•Cine fluorography is the standard for


imaging the movement of a contrast agent
through vessels.
•Several frame rates are usually available,
typically 15, 30, 60, and 90 frames per
second.

•Typical clinical diagnostic applications are


observing heart, circulation or swallowing
disorders.
•The amplifying tube produces a bright
fluoroscopic image that can be photographed
on motion picture film.

• Small radiation dose for patients.

• Greater price of amplifier.


• weight of the equipment and small field
size are technical deficiencies that will be
