MANAGEMENT
Maintain adequate hydration
•Drink plenty fluids
•IV line  crystalloid
Antipyretics
•Acetaminophen / paracetamol
•Avoid aspirin and other nonsteroidal, anti-inflammatory medications
 increase the risk of hemorrhage.
Monitor
•Hemodynamic status: heart rate, blood pressure, CRT, temperature
•Hydration status: sign of dehydration & urine output)
•Laboratory: platelet count, hematocrit
