ABSTRACT
 Performance of collector in solar dryer,with porous and
recycling system was investigated at three airflow rate.
 Increase the energy and exergy efficiency.
 Not only improved the thermal efficiency of dryer but also
accelerated the drying time.
 The CFD moldel was applied for developing the thermal
response simulation of collector.
 No adverse effect on food quality.
