DEVELOPING ONES SPIRITUALLY

 A. The Self as a Spirit
The term soul, higher self and spirit tend to use
synonymously, but they are not actually the same.
◦Soul – an energy essence with takes under its wings
◦Higher Self – the part of that possesses all your best
and most proficient qualities
◦Spirit – The person you will become with you are no
longer physical
 B. The Practice of Religious Belief
•Supernatural – an order is the original and fundamental source of all that exists.
•Worship of Supernatural – It would be rare for a religion to promote mere beliefs with
Supernatural Worship. Worship may take the form of ritual sacrifices, prayer, or simple
obedience to commands of supernatural being.
•Does God Exist? – Theists, religious or not, have trouble imagining why anyone would
not believe in at least some sort of Gods, preferably their own.
•Must God Supernatural? – They have a great power and great roles to play. They are
more powerful than mortal human beings, but they aren’t better than mortals or
transcendent to nurture itself.
•Does God Matter? – Even if a God or Gods exist, that wouldn’t necessarily means that
their existence should matter a great deal with us.
