Major Challenges Faced

Having good coordination among people Since projects like these go on for a long time,
performing different activities/processes to keeping up the dedication and motivation of
carry out the project efficiently the staff throughout the project is important

All the critical processes need to be taken

Ensuring security and safety especially when special care of and necessary measures and
thousands of fans are gathering in one place back up should be planned beforehand so as to
complete the project on time
