FUE COMPOSITOR, CANTANTE GUITARRISTA, LOCUTOR, ESCENICO
ACTOR DE RADIO Y TELEVION. DA INICIO A SU BRILLANTE
TRAYECTORIA CON EL CONJUNTO INFANTIL LOS INVASORES. , EN
1917 INGRESA A L CONJUNTO SANTANITA DONDE SE PROYECTA UN
TRIUFADOR. INGRESA AL GRUPO PILLOPO.
EN 1992 FUNDA SU PROPIA AGRUPACION GAITERA, CON ÉXITO SE
PASEA POR LOS CONJUNTOS, KOQUIMBA Y GRAN COQUIACOA
CUANDO DECIDE RETONAR AL A MARAGAITA LO SORPRENDE L
AMUERTE EL 20 DE MAYO DE 2000.

 Astolfo Romero´s Biography
Astolfo Romero was born in February 8th of 1950, in Santa
Lucia. He played in the popular place called Empedrao, he
was a compositor, singer guitarists, actor in radio and
television. He began his history in a child group, named Los
Invasores, in 1917 he start singing in a popular group
called Pillopo.
In 1992 he foundated his own group and he sang with the
most famous groups in Maracaibo, then he returned to
Maragaita, but death surprised him in May 20 of 2000.
His greatest hits were: EL BARBERO, SABOR AÑEJO MI
ORFULLO, and many others.
He was named EL PARROQUIANO and with his music he make
himself winner of almost all the awards in Zulia State But
the most important is how people love him.
