All homework should be recorded in agendas each morning after bookbags are unpacked. • Practice math facts daily • Grade weights: Homework- 10% Formative- 60% Examples: Quizzes, performance tasks, classwork, projects Summative- 30% Tests and projects/reports • Late Work Late work is accepted up to five days • 2 points are taken off the final grade for each day is is late. • Writing is assessed throughout the year. (4 Post Writing Assessments). • Georgia Milestones TBD April - May We want to promote healthy choices for all children and encourage them to avoid sugar laden foods. I have a sign up for parents to bring in class snacks so that EVERY child has something to eat during this time.
