My Profile
• Background: I have been teaching at Ford for 5 years.
Students, parents, and other teachers would describe
me as a “techy teacher.” Since being in Cobb I have
received my Science Endorsement and gone through
the STEM certification and Advanced Ed at Ford.
• Technology advances have changed the way teachers
teach. The accessibility of digital resources, curriculum,
and digital tools have been able to enhance
instruction.
• I have a passion for technology change, and
understand 21st century learners. I have two daughters
in school that challenge me to be the best mom and
best teacher. I have two perspectives, the parent and
the teacher.
• Classrooms are rich in technology for 21st
Century Learners
• Students have access to devices such as
iPads, laptops, and desktops across grades
K-5 at FES (Ford Elementary School)
• Curriculum has turned digital with online
Technology interactive lessons for personalized
