It is obvious that working atmosphere is very important
for an employee in the corporate sector. If employees
are given much facilities such as Childcare or gym that
will definitely inspire them to work hard. Working
hours should be suited to employee as well to get better
output from them.

 SAS (Statistical Analysis Systems), which
specializes in creating business analytics software,
has annual revenue of $2.3 billion after providing
on sight daycare, state-of-the-art gym and flexible
working environment.
 RESEARCH FINDINGS
 Most organization does not provide daycare, gym and flexible environment

 People do want to have these facilities in their organization

 Large amount of people want flexible environment

 These facilities creates great work life balance
