BACKGROUND

Integrated Solutions is a growing organization in

the Telecom Industry. So, this growth has led to
huge manpower requirement in the organization.
As Integrated Solutions has been opening the in
the middle and top managerial positions. The HR
Manager, Anupama Roy has been appointed for
the challenging task of recruitment for the
organization.
PROBLEMS AND ISSUES IN CASE

Requirement of human resources (in

the area of middle and top managerial
position)

Attracting the skilled employees

THE FACTORS THAT ARE TO BE
CONSIDERED BY THE COMPANY BEFORE
FRAMING ITS RECRUITING POLICY ARE:

What are the intensions of seeking new job and what we can offer?
Like, whether he is seeking the job because of dissatisfaction of job itself, less
payment, less advancement opportunities, environment of the company etc.

Satisfaction levels in their present jobs and what we can offer:

Salary to new employee more than what he is getting, may be 15-20% more if
we can afford.
Advancement opportunities
Hygiene environment
What are their expectations about an ideal job and what we can offer:
Expectations can be regarding independent working style, variety of job ,
challenging job, hours worked per week, position, etc.

Expectations about environment of the organization and what we can offer

Positive environment, hygiene

What additional facility can we provide to keep our employ happy and to stick
to the company for longer period:
We can offer them unlimited amount of chef – prepared food all day.
A huge gym with equipments like climbing wall, a badminton court, pool
games. A child care next door.
SOLUTIONS

Find the possible way to attract the “Passive Job-

seekers” from the other companies.

Implement the schemes which was suggested by

Anapama Roy (HR), C.E.O., System manager and
Anand Bajaj (head of a team of the three
members) and the schemes are as follows:
Invite a friend
Hired in-house head hunter

Linked their corporate web-site to the site

Making advertisement in festivals and

organizing various events to exhibit, showcase
and promote products of the company.
