Performance Task: Management as a profession; it is a social obligation primarily motivated by the desire to serve the organization or society. Not only to its owner but also to the society and
therefore, manager is expected to provide quality goods and service at reasonable prices. Also, it helps the organization to be able to make decisions and resolve issues in order to be both
effective and beneficial.

Literal Transfer Task:

The students chose the career they have interested in some areas of management. The students can manage and start their own small business, know how the proper handling or budgeting
money. And also, they learn how to become a good manager. Their objectives can achieve by trusting the process starting from planning up to controlling resources.
