INTRODUCTION
 Walmart Inc. is an American multinational retail
corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets,
discount department stores, and grocery stores.
 Headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas.
 the company was founded by SAM WALTON in 1962
and incorporated on october 31,1969.
HISTORY
 In 1945, businessman and former J.C.PENNEY
employee SAM WALTON bought a branch of the BEN
FRANKLIN stores from the Butler Brothers.
 In 1950 Walton open up a new store Walton’s five and
Dime and now it is known as Walmart Museum
 After incorporation 1962 the name was changed to
WAL-Mart Stores, Inc.
