In the management processes it is necessary to carry out an evaluation of the products and services offered by
the companies in order to be clear about what is failing and to carry out an improvement plan, to correct the
problems and failures found and thus achieve to offer an excellent customer service and greater sanctification. If
these processes are evaluated in all companies, customers will be sure to buy our services and products and
attract new customers.

Problems found
• The company sold few insurance the year past by lack the new technologies.
• They did not offer good service to customers.
• The company offered insurance that was not accessible to the public.
• The company lost many customers because they offered too expensive insurance and customers were forced
to withdraw and lose money.

Solutions to problems

• The company will implement the financing when acquiring a service.


• servicool will buy equipment that has the highest technology to offer an excellent service to customers.
• The company is thinking of offering training to its employees to offer excellent service to customers.
