HISTORY
1. Greet / introduce yourself in a polite manner
2. Ask the patient's identity
3. Ask the main complaint
4. Ask for more details related to the main complaint
6. Ask about the history of other diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, severe influenza and TB
7. Ask if there is a history of head trauma, slapped ears, acoustic trauma, exposure to noise,
8. Ask about treatment history: use of ototoxic drugs, use of drugs for 6 months
9. Ask about the history of the same disease in the family / environment.
