 INTRODUCTION
I. Home automation is building automation for a home, called a

smart home or smart house.

II. A home automation system will control lighting, climate,

entertainment systems, and appliances.

III. It may also include home security such as access control and

alarm systems

 K. Y. Lee and J. W. Choi researched on the Housing Learning

and Improvement Network in 2003,

 This Project is different in the sense that it incorporate both

Bluetooth and Automatic mode.

 It is based around comfort and intuitive customization for the end user

 SIGNIFICANCE

I. It is a robust and easy to use system.

II. There is no need for extra training for the person who is using it.

III. It is scalable.

IV. This project can provide the facility of monitoring all the appliances.

 CONCLUSION

Taking into consideration the target audience of elderly and

handicapped people and putting security into consideration, the

project developed is user friendly. Using an Android mobile phone,

a Smart Home is created and controlled with a smart phone.
