Hiring Center
The main objective is to provide a smooth, easy and automatic
transaction and search facilities to the users.
Hiringcenter.io is designed to automate the Activities like filtering the
resumes, storing the resumes, conducting the exam for suitable candidates
and giving the results. This software package will help in eliminating the
inefficient candidates and at the same time it provides to choose the best
and suitable candidates for the required jobs.
 1. Introduction

Hiring Center is a web application built in java. It provides the

candidates ability to Register to this application and search for
jobs, manage their accounts and write exam. Each candidate will have
their own account with their own home page.
A Centralized database is maintained in between a job provider and a
job seeker by an administrator so that it is accessible every registered
user. The database is controlled so that unnecessary are not stored in
the database and are deleted as they are completed.
Existing System
The Existing system is a computerized system but
which is maintained at individual databases i.e. in excels
sheets, it’s a time delay process. And maintaining all the
records in Excel sheets is difficult. If they want any record
they have to search all the records. It doesn’t provide
multiple user accessibility and also doesn’t have different
user privileges. So the system is not accessible for all the
Employees.
Proposed System
The Proposed system is a computerized system but
which is maintained at Centralized databases i.e. in
automated forms it’s a very fast process. And maintaining
all the records in online systems database which makes
it very easy to access and retrieve data from the
database. If they want any information they can easily
accessible. It provides multiple user accessibility and
also has different user privileges. So the system is
accessible for all the jobseekers and job providers.

Design
A. The statements of functions desired from software to be developed are
recognized.
B. The database design steps are applied to identify the various entities
and relationships between them.
C. General access methods are then applied to the conceptual schema to
get the logical model, which is then further transformed into relational
tables.
D. The concept of software engineering is then applied to get the logical
architecture of the system comprising of different modules, each
containing all related functions.
