• The will, in philosophy and psychology, is a term used
to describe the faculty of mind that is alleged to
stimulate motivation of purposeful activity.

WHEN IS MAN FREE IN HIS ACTION?
According to Aristotle:
• The task of practical intellect is to guide
will by enlightening it.

would be no will.

free choice. It is within the power of
everyone to be good or bad, worthy or
worthless.
