SECURE1 SECURITY SERVICE

• Started the operations in 2012, In Kharghar.


• We have currently deployed around 2500 guards all over
Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
• We Deploy: Security Guards, Facility Attendant, Lift Attendant,
Traffic Wardens.
• We have around 6 people managing the show in office which
includes the Directors and Partners.
CURRENT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
• Performance Management process is only applicable to the employees
deployed at the client services.
• Attendance plays a very important role as the role dedicated to them
needs everyday supervision and have no different task.
• We have Rewards & Recognition System as an on-goining process; as
the situations handled by these employees play a very crucial part.
• Career growth is very random and has no set process.
SURVEY REPORT
• Employees have no idea what is Performance Management System.
• The supervisors have a lot of hold and say towards the Career growth of
any employee.
• 70% of Employees get a regular feedback from the managers but there is
no further discussion on the same.
• 80% of employees are more inclined towards monetary benefits then of
the performance or growth.
RECOMMENDATION TO MANAGEMENT
• The Hierarchy in the system requires to be maintained and these
employees are required to be given the chance to take decision.
• A proper process needs to setup for the employees and needs to
made sure its easier to understand for all kinds of employees.
• Basic training requirements needs to full filled.
• Supervisors shouldn’t be the everything of the sites, There needs
to be managers and other management surveying the same.
