• Suzuki has finally launched the 2019 Gixxer SF in India at Rs

1,09,870 . The updated Gixxer SF shares its design language with its
bigger cousin, the Gixxer SF 250. In terms of features, it gets an
updated LCD instrument cluster and clip-on handlebars. While the
current model has a single-piece seat, the new one gets split units.
The clip-on handlebars along with the split seats should offer an
aggressive riding position. It is powered by the same engine as seen
on the current Gixxer SF. However, the 155cc air-cooled engine now
produces 14.1PS of power as compared to 14.8PS of power like
before. Torque output remains the same at 14Nm of torque. It
continues to get a 5-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are taken
care of by 41mm telescopic fork up front and a 7-step preload-
adjustable monoshock.

The Yamaha YZF-R15 Version 3.0 is the sportiest motorcycle in the 150cc
category. It is also one of Yamaha’s most successful sports bikes in India. In its
third iteration, the R15 comes with a larger 155cc liquid-cooled engine with
Variable Valve Timing (VVT) technology. This feature offers an optimal balance
between low-end grunt and top-end drive. The low-end performance was
something the previous generation bike struggled with. Also, the design
language is more in tune with the new YZF-R1 and looks a lot sleeker than
before. The motorcycle now comes with LED headlamps and tail lamp and a
new info-laden fully digital instrument cluster too. Yamaha also offers a range
of accessories like a Metzeler tyre at the rear, Daytona race-only exhaust, USB
charger and more. IT comes with a dual-channel ABS as standard.
