Organizational structure of Flipkart is ever evolving. It has changed its


organisational structure many times,
Be it Binny taking over as group CEO and Sachin taking over the strategic decision
making as Executive Chairman , or the entry of Kalyan Krishnamurthy after the exit
of CFO and then again the exit of Krishnamurthy.

Flipkart’s organization is trying hard to adapt to the challenge its facing after the
entry of Amazon India. It has divided its structure in many sectors and each sector
is getting headed by a separate heads. Instead of targeting to become a profit
making organization, it is struggling to retain its top position as e-commerce giant
in India.

Recently Kalyan Krishnamurthy has taken over as CEO of Flipkart and is currently
responsible for taking care of complete operations and its performance.
