Definition

Instruction is a conveyance
of understanding and skills
to others ,to achieve the
desired goals

Procedurs that complete specific


actions, actions or operations that
must be carried out in a
standardized (same) manner so
that the same results are always
obtained from the same,
occupational health and safety
work procedures,school entry
procedures,and etc
Patients who need treatment
Patients who require hospitalization can be
divided into 3 groups :
1. Patients who are not serious, delaying the
treatment of these patients will not add to
the disease
2. Patients who are critical, but not emergency,
can be put on a waiting list
3. Emergency patients, immediately treated
PROCEDURE FOR INPATIENTS
1. Comes to hospital
2. Administration:
• Complete the form
• Empty place information
• Price standard
• Cost dependents
3. The patients family who registers brings files such as a
family card and ID to the administration room
4. Inpatient care process
5. If the patients condition has improved can go home
6. Pay the fee during the treatment
Giving instruction
1. Give and teach the patient to wash hand
before and after doing something
2. Recommend the patient to close his mouth
when coughing or sneezing
3. Recommend the patient to take medication
regularly
4. Recommend the patient to get enough rest
5. Infusion monitor
