Nikola Tesla

 Born on July 10, 1856 Smiljan, Austrian Empire (present Croatia) Studied at
the University of Graz (Austria). There began to germinate the idea that
would mark his life: to devise a way for free energy to reach the whole world.
 After having worked in several electrical industries in Paris and Budapest, he
moved to the United States (1884), Tesla went directly to the offices of
someone who would mark the rest of his life: Thomas Alva Edison. For him
was addressed a letter of recommendation from Charles Batchelor, his last
boss in Europe:
 He worked under the command of Thomas A. Edison, then a supporter of the
continuous electric current. However, Tesla was convinced that alternating
current was a better solution. Engaged Tesla in showing the superiority of
alternating current over Edison's direct current, what is known as "war of the
currents" was established.
 Tesla was only awarded with the Edison medal, the highest distinction granted
by the IEEE. (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering if acronyms in
English)

 The goal of life of Nikola Tesla, was to produce free and free electric energy,
accessible to all people in any place on the planet, something that logically,
the masters and gentlemen of the economic power were not willing to allow.
 Currently we pay for our electricity consumption, this is the responsibility of
Alva Edison. But if Tesla had prevailed it would probably be free

 Personally, I think that his merits were not recognized as it had been a great
inspiration for me. his goal was always to help people but he could not
achieve it, since he was a danger to the electrical industry but his vision was
correct.
