INTRODUCTION:
An Inverter is Connectd to a DC Source
And it coverts it into AC Power in its
Circuit. The input is DC Power. The Of
input voltage depends upon the
Application. Some Application requier
12V While SomeMay requier Very high
Voltage of thousand Volt. The ideal
Output of an inverter is a Sinusoidal
Waveform. Such a Wave gives Contiuous
Flow of power. The Conversion of Dc
Power to Ac Power Can be done using
two approaches.
COMPONENTS/MATERIALS
REQUIRED
1.BREAD BOARD:

A breadboard is also known as photoboard

is a type of solder less electronic circuit
building. You can build a electronic circuit
on the breadboard without any soldering.
2.TRASFORMER:

Transformer is a static device which convert low

voltage to high voltage and vice-versa at constant
Frequency . It have two winding such as primary
winding and secondary winding. The winding
connected to the AC supply is called primary
winding and the winding connected to the load
or from which is drawn out is called secondary
winding. There is two type of transformer such as
1. Step up transformer
2. Step down transformer
3. RESISTOR:
Resistor is electrical component that effort current,
that implements electrical resistance as a circuit
element. In electronic circuits, resistors are used to
reduce current flow, adjust signal levels, to divide
voltages, bias active elements, and terminate
transmission lines, among other uses.In mini
inverter we use 33 ohms resistor.
4.NPN TRANSISTOR:

NPN transistor is combination of p-type material is

placed between two n-type materials is known as
NPN transistor. The NPN transistor amplifies
the weak signal enter into the base and produces
strong amplify signals at the collector end.The
maximum collector current (IC):3A.The maximum
collector-emitter voltage (VCE):30v.The maximum
collector-base voltage ( VCB):40v.The maximum
emitter-base voltage (VEBO):5v.
5.LED:

LED is means LIGHT EMITTING DIODE.

When we supply voltage a large number of
photon is emit. Due to this electron move
conduction band to valence band . Hence light
is in the form of photon . In this mini inverter
we use 3 watt LED.
6.CELL:

Cell is formed by electrodes and electrolyte . Cell is

the small formed of battery. The most common (CE)
element used in cell is known as graphite. The
Graphite is conductor which flow of electricity and
generally used for manufacturing the cell
In this mini inverter we use 1.5 v-to 3.0 voltage.
7.WIRE: A wire is a single,
usually cylindrical, flexible
strand or rod of metal. Wires
are used to bear
mechanical loads or electricity
and
telecommunications signals.

8.SOLDERING IRON: A
soldering is a hand tool used in
soldering. It supplies heat to
melt solder so that it can flow
into the joint between two
workpieces.

9.SOLDERING WIRE: It is a
fusible metal alloy used to create
a permanent bond between
metal. It consist of 60% Tin and
40% Lead.
10.GLUE GUN: Hot melt
adhesive(HMA), also
known as hot glue, is a
form of thermoplastic
adhesive that is commonly
sold as solid as solid
cylindrical sticks of various
diameters designed to be
applied using a hot glue
gun.

11.WIRE CUTTER: Any

device used for cutting
wire.
CIRCUIT
DIAGRAM
WORKING:

1. If you Want to take the Inverter to 10 Wload.

The Current of transformer Should be atleast
Of about 1A.

2. The incomingfixed Voltage and fixed frequency

three phase AC power to DC voltage
Which is Converted are saved in bank
of bus Capacitor.

3. An inverter is An Electrical Circuit Capable To

Turning DC Power Into AC Power
While at The Same Time Regulating
The Voltage Current and Frequency
of The Signal.
APPLICATION :

1.The most important application of mini inverter

is use to for lighting . Example dark place.
2.Second application is used in solar power
system.
3.It can be used to drive low power AC motors.
4.It can be used to convert 1.5 voltage to 220
voltage.
5.This circuit can be used in cars and other
vehicles to charge small batteries.
