• Members should confirm the confidentiality of
the information provided
• While giving information to other members it
should be ensured that itwould not be
disclosed further
• The information shall not be disclosed to any
third party other than government

• Inspection entities are not allowed to collect
information regarding:
– Manufacturing data
– Unpublished technical data
– Pricing and cost
– Profit levels
– Terms of contract between related parties
 Conflicts of interest
• No financial and commercial interest should
be involved
• Government is an exceptional case in this
scenerio
• Activities should be limited to carrying out the
inspection process.
 Delays
• There should be no delays in the shipment
otherwise committed priorly.
• Either clean report or detailed explanation should
be provided within five days.
• User member should ensure full cooperation
when requested by exporters to carry out
inspection earlier.
• Delays in payments should be avoided maximum
• In case of error, correction should be made and
resent ASAP.
