members and analysing the Psychological wellbeing of the Employees in a


spinning mill

Objectives of the study:
To know the level of influence factors that have affected the positive superior communication
among the staff members.
To find out the factors that affect the psychological well being of the employees.
To find the relationship between the psychological well being factors.
Need for the study:
The study had broad hypotheses which proposed the impact of internal communication on
employee engagement.
The study aims to provide insight into the relationship between the internal communication and
employee engagement and his components like commitment, discretional effort and
meaningfulness in their work.
Research methodology
RESEARCH DESIGN-descriptive research
SAMPLING METHOD-questionnaire 1- whole Sampling method. Under that, the judgmental
sampling method will be taken.
Questionnaire 2- random sampling
POPULATION-. It was the study about the employees working in the Pallavaa Groups. Employees
with 2 years of experience in the sector were part of the sample. This will enable a better
understanding from the employees about the learning initiatives inside the organization.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
For questionnaire 1 :
The analysis is done using 32 respondents across different departments among staff members in a spinning mill.
Exploring the means of the relationship between for internal communication on employee engagement - an empirical assessment at
general insurance companies., it is found that “positive superior communication” has the greatest mean and is considered to be highly
contributing to the impact of internal communication on employee engagement- an empirical assessment in a spinning mill .
Vigor has significant correlation with respect to dedication(0.26), absorption(0.06), subordinates superior understanding(0.11),positive
superior communication(0.15), subordinate superior communication(0.07), superior openness(0.05),effective communication(0.03),
opportunities for upward communication(0.06), reliability of communication(0.06), employee commitment(0.14), meaningfulness in their
work(0.12), discreational effort(0.09).
Dedication has significant correlation with respect to absorption(0.14), subordinates superior understanding(0.08), subordinate superior
communication(0.01), superior openness(0.30), effective communication(0.28), opportunities for upward communication(0.07), reliability
of communication(0.25), employee commitment(0.03), meaningfulness in their work(0.11),discreational effort(0.19).

For questionnaire 2 :
The analysis is done using 120 respondents across different departments among employees in a
spinning mill.
It is found that there is no significant difference in Martial Status(married/unmarried) of the
psychological well being of employees in a spinning mill.
It is found that there is no significant difference in gender of the psychological wellbeing of
employees in a spinning mill.
There is no homogeneity in psychological well being across the different levels of Age of the
employees in a spinning mill.
There is no homogeneity in psychological well being across the different levels of experience of
the employees in a spinning mill.
Self acceptance has significant correlation with respect to self growth (0.128), purpose in life
(0.061), environmental mastery (0.250), autonomy (0.020), positive relation with others (0.123).
Self growth has significant correlation with respect to, purpose in life (0.162), environmental
mastery (0.253), autonomy (0.145), positive relation with others (0.099).
Purpose in life has significant correlation with respect to environmental mastery (0.033),
