using Henkel
Loctite 567
on hydraulic
fittings
Hydraulics Module / Design
Loctite 567
Why is it different from conventional Thread Sealent?

Torque Augmentation
(Break Away Torque)
Curing time
Oil compatibility
High Temperature
resistance (up to 1800C)
Loctite Primer / Activator 7649
Need for the Primer ?

Curing Time W/O Activator

1. Primers activate inactive
surfaces.
2. Primers speed cure times for
faster return to service.
3. Primers speed curing
through larger gaps and deep
threads.
4. Primers substantially speed
cure times on cold parts.
5. Primers act as cleaning Curing Time with Activator
agents.
