Ingredients to prepare
Sushi Maki
• 2 cups of medium grain rice
• 10 tablespoons of white wine vinegar.
• 3 teaspoons of salt
• 7 teaspoons of sugar.
• Nori (it is the seaweed that surrounds the sushi)
• 1 package cream cheese Philadelphia.
• 200 grs of shrimp.
• 2 avocados
• 1 package of crab substitute or crab.
• Vegetables: carrot, cucumber and any other vegetable that you
want to add to the filling.
• Soy sauce.
• Wasabi (optional).
• Chopsticks.
How to prepare Sushi
Maki. No 1
Rice: many prescribe inidicate that first you have to
wash the rice, but i choose to cook it with water and heat
about 4 cups for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
and adding more water so it does not dry. It must be
extremely cooked.
Then wash a few with the help of a sieve under the
stream of cold water to remove all the starch. Place it in
a dish and let it rest.
Viinegar: when the rice is a cooked, you can in the
meantime prepare the vinegar in a pot, put the vinegar on
the fire, sugar and salt until the latter dissolve
completely. Let cool. Then add it to the rice with then
help of a woonden spoon. Again let stand for about 20
minutes. One suggestion is to have the place well
ventilated since this expends a strong smell.
How to prepare Sushi

When we have ready the rice we begin to prepare the
sushi rolls. Place the mat (a single bamboo also serves)
then the Nori, place the rice on top and spread it on the
whole nori with the wet woonden spoon. At one extreme,
put the fillings they want. In this case a strip of avocado,
cream cheese and shrimp. With the help of the mat, start
rolling it up.
Leave the roll aside until all the others are completed.
Then with a sharp knife and wet cut them. The
presentation is to everyone`s taste, but the ideal is to
place 4 portions per plate, at one end of this a wasabi
spring and some decorations with a strips of parsley.
Complete with a wel with soy sauce.
