Design Specification

Design is based on principle of CPR and Simultaneous Sterno-thoracic theory.

In Sterno-thoracic theory heart act as cardiac pump and thoracic cavity act as thoracic pump.

In design piston will compress the sternum at the standard rate ( 100 compression per minute) which
act as cardiac pump

Constricting belts compress the thoracic cavity and increase intrathoracic pressure to provide the
effective blood flow by ventilation.

Feed back system will be provided for correct chest depth measurement and compression rate and
duration.

Solid back board structure will be created to prevent the ambiguity of chest compression.
