 He studied the organisational problems from the
manager’s view point .
 And found organisation’s activities can be classified
as technical, financial, commercial, security,
accounting and managerial.
 Here, the presentation is done by comparing one of
the ethics with 14 principles of management.
 Our ethics is “ Bagavat Geetha”
