recruiting.
 These self learning machines can analyse vast amounts of data in milliseconds and
provide results that are more efficient.
 In talent acquisition, recruiting tools like applicants tracking systems have been able to
automate process.
 This technology helps us with time consuming task.

job function.

 Instead of worrying about the replacement possibility, its more productive to
focus on how AI can make things better.
