PROJECT OBJECTIVE

 The main objective of the report is to help the students of government schools by giving them quality time and

educating them with the help of minimum resources available. This will help them as well as us to get awareness

and a better understanding of our communities and surroundings. The main goal behind this project is to play our

role of being a responsible and citizen by giving our services to the students of our community. This will further

create a better sense of responsibly and accountability in us and motivate us to actively take part in future

activities regarding community services.

Arrangements
 Agreement:
While working with an external entity i.e. the Government School in our case, it was very important to enter into a formal arrangement
which is referred to here as a Memorandum of Understanding or MoU. It defines the roles, responsibilities, deliverables, commitments and
consequences in case of any breach. This is essentially a formal acknowledgement that all the partners have voluntarily consented to work
together to achieve an agreed outcome that requires each one to play their respective roles.
 Books and funds collection: Books and funds were collected from relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues to be distributed among the
students.
 Scheduling: Scheduling the visit to the government school, keeping in consideration the work and university commitments of all the
members.

 We aim to provide teachers with innovative and creative styles that they can implement in
their classrooms.
 We will assist them in making classroom materials which attracts and engage students during
study.
 Donating story books to them so that they reading habit become their part of study to.
 We also aimed to equip teachers by providing them worksheet materials, engaging classroom
material, activities hints and many more that they implement in their classroom and engage
students in a better way.
 We aim to plan different activities mode that they had never done before, rhymes, arts and
craft that help them to learn via hands on experience.
