IMPORTANT NOTICE

TO ALL ALPHA MEMBERS

Please be informed that the officers just had their meeting last Saturday,
July 27, 2019 at Tarlac City. As an offshoot of said meeting, our bylaws has been
amended and ready for printing. Another meeting shall be held soon for the
finalization of the Bylaws. Please note that we cannot say, act or start operating
without the Bylaws. This means to say that in the meantime, collection,
membership, election, and all other ALPHA operations shall stop.
However, we beg that you remain as ALPHA MEMBERS and OFFICERS on
this trying time. We shall be continuously posting updates for your information
and guidance. Rest assured that we are doing everything to uphold ALPHA at its
best.
