CASE….
The nurse made a home visit to the family of Mr. C, who was 72
years old. Mr. C's wife, 68 years old complained of frequent left
chest pain and pain in the left knee joint. To deal with the pain,
Mr. C bought medicine to treat pain in a drugstore based on
advice from neighbors who have experienced similar things. The
family considers things experienced by Mrs. C is a natural thing
and part of the aging process so there is no need to see a doctor
or health center. What is the most appropriate nursing problem
for Mr. C's family?
