1.INTRODUCTION
The organization is a Builder &Developer which acts as a Building. The
working is mainly confined of purchases of Land from various Land Owner
and sold to customers and making the required things available to the
customer. The organization also has to maintain the sales related details
which, consists of maintaining enquiry, Booking, receipt details. Hence for
the organization Flat booking and Land for NA, Consist Raw Material with
Constrution processing is considered to be the most important activity as it
helps in identifying the existing status and planning for the future.

The system has various aspects, procedures, rules and regulations,


manual operations to cover. Though these operations are not that difficult
to understand or time consuming or required highly qualified staff they
have their own sequence and style to perform.

The Builder & Developer Management System covers activities like


maintaining the distributor details society, recording and generating bill to
keep the daily transactions, details of distributor and Sale’s transactions etc.

They sale a Land Or Flat various Customer, then process on it, after
that they distribute it to different customers.
1.SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM

1.Covered all transactions of Builder & Developers.


2.It helps the management to calculate daily, Monthly, Yearly all record
3. Daily updating the information about available stoke in the Builder &
Developers .
4. Also giving information about the available Builder & Developers.

Scope of the system will define the boundaries of the system:


Purchasing of land: - In this the records of land purchased is kept and
they check the land is Non-Agriculture or not. If land is Non-Agriculture
then only they get the permission to construct the building.
Construction: - In this they keep the records of available and used raw
materials.
Booking:-In this they keep the records of the customer who are booked
the flat. Also they keep the records of flats which are not booked.
Cancellation: - In this they keep the records of the customers who have
cancelled their booking.

1.3 OBJECTIVE OF SYSTEM

•Increasing the efficiency of the working within the Builder &Developer.

• Better analysis of the daily transaction

•Provide necessary updates on the record so it will reduce the daily work load.

•Provide proper security.

•Provide user friendly system.


2.1 Fact Finding Technique
Purpose of Document:The main function before commencing any project is to identify the
requirement of user and project, the requirement plays important role in software
development.
Scope of Document:- The main aim of the project is to help the Builder in managing all the
function of the Builder & Development management system .
Overview:-This software is basically an Builder management System, which helps to
manage all the records of different module with function such as adding records, deleting
records, searching and retrieving records etc.
General description:-
Product function:-The software will manage all the basic function of the Creative Computer
such as adding Customer profile, Land details and transaction detail. It also generates the
report for the output purpose.
User characteristics:-The user of the system should have only some basic knowledge about
computer operations. She/he need not have any knowledge of different programming
language or back end of the system.
Interface:-The project has VISUAL BASIC 6.0 as an interface between user and the back
end that is MS ACCESS. The user is first directed to login the system by entering proper
login name and password .as user enters the system he/she directed to the MDI form.
The MDI form in the Visual Basic allow user to select section and manipulate its
contents. Through these section user can use the functionalities offered by the various
module in the section.

8.ADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:-

•As it the work is carried out manually it becomes easier to


maintain relationship with Customer.

•Quality is maintained properly of their product.

•Interaction between Customer increases and even face to face


communication becomes possible.

•As they do not have much branches and very less number of
employees working on documentation, security is Proper.
DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:-
•As the entire business process carried out on paper,
due to this maintaining documentation of master Records, issue,
Transation ,Sales and other is very difficult
The information maintained on paper is too much complicated due
to which users face problems while maintaining files as well as
generating reports.
•As few of the things are handled manually some formalities and
documents are not actually prepared specially enquiry.
1.Possibility of errors is likely in the documents because of human
handling of data.
2.This process may lead to increase in hidden costs which may have
an adverse effect on profit.
3.The adverse effect on profit may lead an organization in near-
future to the sickness.
Conclusion

I feel very glad to conclude this report this is my first experience to


perform such Professional work. Object of this project was to satisfy
user’s requirement successfully Implementation of this system design
user friendly and easy operating System. I have got Opportunity to learn
about system development phase. Conceptual and practical knowledge
about software engineering.
System analysis, design and implementation of system at
this Point of time, System becomes successful to overcome many errors.
System introduces few drawbacks. So, Development for this system
could not be completed. It’s an Ongoing Process. At last I am very
thankful to university of Pune to include this project work as a part of
B.C.A degree. This project work gives me chance to learn something out
of books.
