• Sri Sadananda Foods Private Ltd is one the leading manufacturers of pure
cow ghee and masala’s. They are following traditional methods. It is
categorised as Non-governmental Company and this company is also
registered at Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. It was founded on
1991and they are Private incorporation. This company is one of the oldest
companies existed in Dairy Industry.

• The Directors of Sri Sadananda Foods Private Limited are Makam


Sathyanarayana Setty Nagarajugupta and Maakam Sathyanarayana Setty
Aswathanarayanagupta. On 1993 they were involved in the development
from a departmental store to a semi-automated proprietorship company.

• From 1991-2010 the company was named as Shree Krishna enterprises and
on 2010 it was changed to Shree Sadananda Foods Private Ltd. This
company was developed from cottage industry to fully automated private
small scale industry on 2010
• On 2011 they successfully took over Excellent Masala’s manufacturer of
blended masalas. This was a huge achievement for them. They meet with
the very high standards expected by valuable customers. Now they are one
of the prominent brands in Karnataka.Their main aim is to provide quality
and healthy products to their customer which is the success of this brand.
• Later after few years they noticed no scope for expansion of their business
due to underdevelopment, Lack of marketing support, poor industrial
relations and lack of availability of resources or manpower were the
constraints.On 1993 they were involved in the development from a

A study to understand on customer satisfaction currently being provided by
company and services to find the over all performance of company . So we
can get know the customer what actually seeking and what they are getting
and with which the company can move to more strategies to satisfy the
customers.
Scope Of Topic

• The purpose of the study is to measure the present customer satisfaction


level of the customers as well as better understanding the customer needs
from company point of view for improving the service level whole in the
organisation

• This case is mainly concern on the consumer loyality ,its estimations,


qualities and centrality in the organisation Sri Sadananda Foods Pvt.Ltd.
This helps the company to find its loophole in overall services which is
provided by them.
• Objectives
• To understand the customer satisfaction towards the Ghee and Masala products
of Sri Sadananda Pvt.Ltd and planning the organisation stratigies to improve
the employees to work with skills

• To Measure the customer satisfaction level on quality,quantity,employee


communications.
It is estimated so as to know whether the customers are satisified with the
items and administrations offer by the organisation

• To find out the factors affecting customer satisfaction


By taking the consumer loyalty acquired by Sri Sadananda Fooda , We
can know the components which influence and effect the customer loyalty . The
discoveries makes the organisation to do more on the elements in which they
are falling back
