Alwar) is a co-operative organization
registered under co-operative Act with
Registrar of Co-operative, Government of
Rajasthan. It was established in the year
1972 to implement dairy development
activities in the Alwar district, under
Operation Flood programme.

COMPANY PROFILE
The Alwar plant of saras (AZDUSS Ltd.,Alwar)
has been certified under internationally accepted
quality and food safety management systems in
accordance with ISO 9001-2000 with HACCP. The
organization also helps in improvement of animal
breed, providing animal health services, insurance
of animals, woman dairy project and providing
vermicompost manure to the cattle rearers. The
organization also provides cattle feed which is
purchased from nadbai and marketed in Alwar.
MEANING OF EMPLOYEES
SATISFACTION
Employee satisfaction is a measure of how
happy workers are with their job working
environment. Keeping morale high among
workers can be of tremendous benefit to any
company, as happy worker will be more likely to
produce more, take fewer days off, and stay
loyal to company. There are many factors in
improving or maintaining high employee
satisfaction, which wise employers would do
well to implement.
LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
If the factors included in the assessment are irrelevant, the
result of merit rating will not be accurate.
Different qualities to be rated may
not be given proper weightage certain in cases.
 Some of the factors are highly subjective like initiative
and personality of the employee; so the actual rating may
not be on scientific lines.
Supervisors often do not have critical ability in assessing
the staff. Sometimes, they are guided by their personal
emotions and likes. So the ratings are likely to be biased.
OBJECTIVES OF STUDY
* To find out the satisfaction of Employee
regarding wages and salary.
* To find out satisfaction of employee regarding
pay. * To
find out the satisfaction of employee regarding
environment.
* To find out the satisfaction of employee
regarding welfare facilities in the organization.
DATA COLLECTION
 1 Primary Data Collection:
• The primary data are those data, which are collected afresh,
thus happens to be original in character. It can be collected
by questionnaires, interview, observation etc.
2 Secondary Data Collection:
 Secondary data means the one that is already available
they refer to the data, which has been collected and
analyzed by someone else. In this report the secondary data
has been collected from the companies Sales Booklet,
Magazines, Newspapers and their websites etc.
CONCLUSION
Employee of Saras Dairy Feel that promotion
is to be decided on merit basis & not only by
seniority basis as it is prevailing in Saras
Dairy.
Employees of Saras Dairy feel that leader ship
style of their organization should also be taken
into consideration. There should not be any
pressure from their respective superiors.
