Variations
This team building exercise focuses on creating a personal connection with your peers and is simply promoting
open conversations within a group. Therefore, the activity “Skittles Get-to-Know Me” does not have any
complex variations to add to the game due to the fact it is solely based on natural conversations. Although, it is
important to keep a maximum amount of six people in each group because any more and the participants will
feel less connected to the other members.
