Introduction
• ASP.NET is an open-source web application
framework designed for web development to
produce dynamic web Pages that allow programmers
to build dynamic websites,applications and services.
• Microsoft SQL Server is relational database
management system developed by Microsoft. As a
database server ,it is a software product with the
primary function of storing and retrieving the data.
ABSTRACT
• In today’s demanding world, IT plays a fundamental role in
creating new opportunities and delivering competitive
benefits to enterprises.
• The HR profession has to respond to increased competition
for changes in both workforce attitudes and shifts in the
employee.
• Therefore, moving towards the electronic world is a
predictable phenomenon.
ABSTRACT
• Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM)
has to be implemented in Human Resource
Management (HRM) because its applications are
considered to be very effective and cost-effective.
• Ensuring employee well-being and ethical treatment
of workers in the project-oriented company is an
issue that is important but which has not been widely
in the HRM.
ABSTRACT
• Using a research framework based on the Unified
Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology
(UTAUT),this study examines the relationship
between HR employee and employee attitude towards
E-HRM.
• Finally,Electronic Human Resource Management
system(E-HRM) is essential if organizations are to
use such systems for employee welfare and
organizational improvement.
Existing System

• The present system uses a very basic excel sheets.


Due to this managing of employees,training details
are not properly projected.
 Needs extra effort
 Data maintenance may not be accurate
 No facility for employees to know their details
 Danger of losing files in some cases
 It is not User Friendly
Proposed Systems
• The aim of this project is to design a web-based
application that allows the effective management of
employee details and training details of the
employee.
• So E-HRM will help the HR to manage their
employees in a more effective and efficient way
 Data maintenance will be accurate
 Easy accessing of employee details
 It provides User Friendly Environment
