Academic & English requirement
Under Graduate:
Academic criteria varies from university to university and the program chosen. In general
⮚ Indonesian SekikakMenegahAtas( SMA)/ National Final Examination Certificate
( SKHUN)-70% in best 4 subjects
⮚ IELTS 6/6 ; PTE 50/50
Post Graduate:
⮚Bachelor’s degree with no more than 10 backlogs with 60%
⮚IELTS 6.5/6 , PTE 58/50
Foundation / Diploma Studies:
⮚(50-69%)
⮚IELTS 5.5/5 ,PTE 42/36
• No more than two course packaging
• Student not meeting English requirement package their course with English Academic
Program/EAP
• For Married Applicants marriage has to be one year old
• Student should have bank salary statement to proof the employment. Student receiving
cash in hand salary mandatory needs to submit last three months’ payslips and Experience
from companies with website, domain id and land line number are only acceptable so that
veracity of documents can be checked
• Any prior Visa Refusals has to be disclosed
APPLICATIONS & DOCUMENTS
1. Application Forms PDF-Application- Enclose correct updated application form, Passport (first and last page of
student),GTE Forms, SSVF Form /SOP and any other necessary documents university specific, Please
refer sheet
• In order to process application further , the record should mandatorily exist in CRM.
• Correct Subject Line when sending documents
• Always reply to the same email , in which pending were requested and do not send
separate email to ensure continuity and clarity of the case.

• Turn Around Management:- Most of the universities turn around time of offer is
three weeks plus. Do not promise student early offers and apply at the right time to
avoid last minute rush of offer. Complete application are always prioritized by
universities and the universities start processing application once the application
is received in order.

STAGE
Counselling Team has to ensure that:-
• Application Form has to be filled by student only.
• Student Original Documents are to be scanned in office only and photocopy attested on
citing the original.
• The student should be aware of his academic background , his scores , if working his roles
and responsibilities.
• The student should be aware to which university he /she is applying for and which course.
• The student should be aware of the career outcomes of the chosen course.
• The student should be briefed of the tuition fees of the course, has visited university website
or checked the course structure in the university brochure.
• Student should be aware that he will get a call from university and it has to be
answered and attended.
GTE – FINANCIALS ASSESMENT
✔ Acceptable Sponsors : Parents , Grand Parents, Parent In laws, Siblings, Maternal &
Paternal aunt and uncle
Note:- Please refer sheets given to you which indicates university wise financial requirement
to be met. No more than three sponsors and income and few funds from parents in visa file is mandatory.
✔Twelve months' funds option:- (one year tuition fees + one year living expenses +travel)

For travel cost include: AUD 2000
✔The annual income option requires a student to provide evidence of personal annual income
of at least AUD 60,000. For students accompanied by family members, the requirement is at
least AUD 70,000. The income demonstrated must be the personal income of your spouse
(who is not coming with you) or parents. Where both of your parents are working, their
combined income can be considered for this requirement. Evidence must be in the form of
official government documents such as tax assessments. Evidence in the form of bank
statements or information directly from an employer is not acceptable.
