American Psychological Association
Personality refers to individual differences in
characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving
Personality is a defined pattern of how we behave under
different situations, how we feel or respond make us
intriguing and unique.
• The personality is the typical pattern of
thinking, feeling, and behaviors that make a
person unique.
Appealing Personality
• Aura is attractive , An aura is a colored
emanation said to enclose a human body or
any animal or object.

Normal Characteristics of Personality
• Good looks (but now it is shattered by latest
research)
• How to interact with others(In fact,
approximately 85% of success and happiness
will be a result of how well one interacts with
others.)

Neuroticism
• One of the negatives of this personality type is a
tendency to feel negative emotions such as
anger, anxiety and vulnerability.
• People high in neuroticism are often prone to

• Mood swings are seen in such personality.
• to experience such feelings as anxiety, worry,
fear, anger, frustration, envy, jealousy, guilt,

Extraversion
• Extraversion is one of the five personality traits
of the Big Five personality theory. It indicates
how outgoing and social a person is. A person
who scores high in extraversion on a personality
test is the life of the party.
• A person who scores high in extraversion on a
personality test is the life of the party. They
enjoy being with people, participating in social
gatherings, and are full of energy.
• Energetic, assertive and socially confident.
• Eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die
Introversion
• One of the major personality traits identified
in many theories of personality. People who
are introverted tend to be inward turning, or
focused more on internal thoughts, feelings
and moods rather than seeking out external
stimulation

• Hypersensitivity
Openness to experience
• Openness to experience is one of the 'Big Five'
factors and is used to study and measure
individual differences in personality.
• A person with a high level of openness to
experience will often enjoy venturing beyond his
or her comfort zone.
• usually adventurous, very imaginative, creative,
lots of weird and wacky ideas, but may
unpredictable, impulsive, tend to be risky, have
courage to face the music
Conscientiousness
• Conscientiousness is the personality trait of
being careful, or vigilant.
• It implies a desire to do a task well, and to take
obligations to others seriously.
• Conscientious people tend to be efficient and
organized as opposed to easy-going and
disorderly.
• These individuals prefer to follow a plan, rather
than act spontaneously.
• A high level of self-discipline we see in such
people
• But if things do not go as planned they can be
very stubborn and obsessive. It means they
may struggle to change their plans if needed.
Agreeableness
• A person with a high level of
agreeableness in a personality is usually
warm, friendly, and tactful.
• Optimistic, very kind and considerate,
quite generous , put others first,
• But fail to stand up for themselves to void
confrontation and hurting others.
• Get along well with others.

other person’s shoes and recognizing how
they are thinking and feeling

• It is always a wonderful thing to discovering
your interests at every stage in your life.
Exploring what you like and pursuing your
passion will give you indispensable amount
of satisfaction and joy.

personality is showing respect to others,

personality, full of information along with
maximum possible solutions for each every

• Do not be shy and show and express your
opinion and unique outlook.
Meet New People
Make the effort to meet new people especially those
unlike you. It not only exposes you to different
cultures and alternative ways of doing things, it

Try to see the joy in the world. Laugh with others,

Stay calm in Tense situations
A lot of people seem like they have a good
personality until you see them in an
emergency or tense situation. Then they lose
their cool. Don’t be this person! If you are in
a tense situation, try to remain relaxed and
see what you can do to resolve the situation.
Develop Modesty in you
• You could be the most talented,
extraordinary person in the world, but if you
don’t have any modesty than you probably
won’t have a good personality. Always keep

Don’t betray those who are close to you. Your

relationship if you remain loyal to the person.

• You might face situation where you might
feel embarrassed to be your true self but
be YOU. Always act like yourself never keep
yourself mum. Don't bluff , or cheat others.
Develop Hobbies
• Having hobbies is a big part of having a good
personality. You want to be a well-rounded
person, not a cliché. Try to throw yourself
into the things that you enjoy doing. You
don’t even need to be good at them – just
passionate.
